The rule will be applicable retrospectively from January 1, 2019.

The provision of submission of online application will be on the home page of SIDBI. To begin with the application proccess, the AIF should create an account, fill in the details and submit the application form online along with the required supporting documents.

ISRO has recently announced that Mission Chandrayaan-2 will be launched on July 22, 2019. India’s mission was to launch Chandrayaan-2 on July 15, 2019. Just 56 minutes before the launch, ISRO detected some technical flaw in Chandrayaan-2, the mission was postponed after the countdown was stopped.
The name of Chandrayaan-2 lander is named “Vikram”, while its rover is named “Pragyan”.
Chandrayaan-2 is India’s second mission on the Moon, it is India’s toughest mission so far. This is an upgraded version of Chandranan’s mission launched in 2008. Chandrayaan Mission had only revolutionized the moon, but in the Chandrayaan-2 mission a rover would also be dropped on the Moon’s surface.
ISRO has made all parts of this mission indigenously in India, including orbiter, lander and rover. In this mission, ISRO will try to land the Land Rover at the Moon’s South Pole for the first time. This rover will travel on the surface of the moon and analyze the surface of the Moon.
